The following are links to the official announcements for the 49th Annual New Jersey Council of Figure Skating Clubs Championships which also includes the Solo Dance Challenge Series.

This competition is scheduled for June 1, 2, & 3, 2012 at the Richard J. Codey Arena at South Mountain

Please note:

Singles, Dance, and Pairs events are open only to skaters who are Home Club members of a NJ club or who are legal residents of NJ.

The Solo Dance Challenge Serices events are open to all.

The Juvenile and Junior Synchroettes teams and Essex Blades are off to Nationals in Worcester, Massachusetts! The event takes place February 29th to March 3rd. Good luck to all the skaters!

Electronic and paper registration is now available for the 1st Annual Staten Island Skating Pavilion Basic Skills Competition hosted by the North Jersey FSC.

Event will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2012 and the rink is conveniently located just over the outer bridge crossing.

SOLO DANCE SERIES:  Number of patterns to be skated for each dance will be as listed in the 2012 RuleBook – Rule #6075 (p. 266 & 267).

For the ADULT SOLO DANCE EVENT-LEVEL D and the COUPLES PATTERN DANCE EVENTS – two patterns of each dance will be skated.

This is a Basic Skills Competition sponsored by the Skating Club of Morris, NJ, Inc. The competition will be held on November 5, 2011. The competition will start at noon and run to about 4 PM depending on the number of enteries. The competition will be held at the William G Mennen Arena in Morristown, NJ.

This is the 11th year that the competition will be held at the Skaneateles Y & Community Center.  The dates are December 2-4, 2011.  We anticipate that the competition will begin on Friday at 2p.m. – 6:30, continuing Saturday 8am – 8pm, and Sunday 8am – 4pm. Entries will be limited to the first 250 skaters.
